Um, from simple stuff like just kneeling down, jumping to sit down or land on your front/back and getting back up, somersaulting, going into the splits on the line... I'm sure there's a lot more that I've never even seen :)

 

People do juggle on them, I gather it's rather difficult cos normally you use your arms quite a bit to balance. Is something I want to try though.
