i'd been putting it off cause i can't quite fake not miserable atm.

 

but they called me and i answered the phone.

 

mom spent 20 minutes being angry with me for not faking happy better. which having known me as long as she has, was a bit much to expect. and she had a head start on the bottle, and that never works well.

 

i'm catching up now, but it was rough going for a bit.

i'm leaving aunt jean for tomorrow. and the great lord help me if i forget and answer the phone again tonight.
