I've gone to sleep with it off, and been woken up by it a couple hours later because it's on.

I'll be tired, and the light is right...but my brain just keeps chugging away.

I'll dream about oversleeping and wake up every hour or so to make sure I haven't done it for real...

Or I'll dream about things going wrong at work and wake up stressed out and worried that it actually happened...

Like...most of the time when I work regular hours, I end up waking up constantly throughout the night, getting up to check my alarm clock...it's miserable. XD

But in the past year or so, every time I'd be at home and I'd think about work the next day, or later in the day, I'd get this sick, gnawing feeling in my stomach.

Not sure if it was because it signified the passing of time that felt unproductive to me...

Me too! I do this all the time! It sucks. I used to take pills for my brain issues lol but I have been off them for awhile, I'll probably go back on them once I get home.

Has it been really rough without the meds?

I take melatonin every night to help me sleep; I can't imagine not taking it anymore.... I haven't found any meds that actually help with my brain, though, so I'm kinda crazy atm. XD
