Very much so, for Dragonmount. I've played in 100+ player games before, but standard around here is 13.

How do you keep track of that? The largest I ever played was 22, I think, and I had no idea what was happening.

I had no idea what was happening.

It's fun because it's absolute chaos and you just have to pop in when you can and talk to whoever's around you and shoot one of them.
