You might want to look into Paint.net :) It's actually a free program that I used before I coughed up the money for Photoshop.

I will look that up. It took me about 2 years to get used to GIMP, and with the changes over the past two years, it took me about an hour to just make that. I don't have money to be tossing about for photoshop, but if I could... mmmmm.....
