March Sign in

Featured Replies

I thought it might might be fun this month to share some interesting quotes and wives' tale for our sign in.

So, here's one to set the pace:

March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb.

Oh, and a joke...

If April showers bring May flowers, what do May flowers bring?

Pilgrims! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! Don't look at me like that, the 5th graders laughed... :P

Everybody knows that one! Right? Maybe? Asks her 6th grader..nope...she answered, "many powers?" I like that one. lol Belated response, "What do they bring?"..."Oh!!! I think I've heard that one in my very distant memory, at least I'm pretty sure I have." I love children.

Signing in, ;)

Wow I actually didn't get that till I re read it..I was like "pilgrims? but thats for thanksgiving in the fall...we're in the spring...what do pilgrims have to do with bring in June?" Re read "oooh May Flower(s)--now I get it!!! hahaha...gosh I'm slow"

March is a month of considerable frustration - it is so near spring and yet across a great deal of the country the weather is still so violent and changeable that outdoor activity in our yards seems light years away."
