The Empies Awards are held every year on a DM-wide level. Each of DM's sections is represented in the Empies and you, as DM members, can nominate your favorites in the categories provided.

 

As with the Academy Awards (also known as Oscars), the top nominees will be up to win an Empie Award during the Voting Round. You will each get a chance to vote for your favorite among the final nominees too.

 

So, if you want your favorite to be in the Voting Round, make sure to go Nominate them now!

Note: ONLY nominees from 2010 will be counted. So make sure you check that whoever or whichever you nominate is from 1 January 2010 to 21 December 2010. Or your nomination will be disqualified.

Can those us of who returned in 2011 go over posts of the past year and vote for our favorite?

everything from 2010 that fits in to one of the categories in the nomination form should be ok. Not sure what you mean with retro posts, though.

they are from last year so i called them retro o.0
