First of all, thanks Nae for letting me post this here, it's outside the run of ordinary SG posts.

 

I have posted something about this on the general board, but thought I'd post here for better coverage.

 

A friend of mine, Lyle Dillie, is working on constructing a sculpture/memorial for his senior art project at his university.

What he needs are photographs taken by soldiers in Iraq or Afghanistan {not including pictures of other soldiers}

 

I know not all of us here are Veterans, and not all of us here are Americans, but if anybody even knows some Iraq/Afghanistan war vets that can help my friend, I would appreciate it.

Lyle is a father of three, US Army Veteran, and served two tours in Iraq. He is one of the most awe-inspiring people I know- and can get people volunteering for anything.
