Would it have been possible for Nyn to heal Rand if she used the Sa'angreal while he is holding power with the other half of the Sa'angreal.

 

 

I dont think its about the amount of power you hold. It is more about the fact that she cannot find a technique that would heal it.

 

For example, take Rand's madness, Nynaeve tries to heal it, but it is too complex for her to do. It would not matter how much power she was holding.

in this case, as said, knowledge and efficiency is better in this case than raw power. That'd be like trying to muscle your way through a knot in your show laces
