May the 4th be with you.

Star Wars day comes but once a year. Let us all join in and celebrate all things Star Wars for the next 24 hours. Oh, and choose your favourite film of all time (I've even been very charitable and included the new films)

Let the festivities commence.

I'll kick things off. To confirm my absolute dedication to all things Star Wars here are some photos.

And with that, Star Wars Day is over for another year.

Han Solo FTW. The man rocks. 'Nuf said.

"Wonderful girl. Either I'm going to kill her or I'm beginning to like her."

I must confess I always liked the Ewoks, but I was quite young when I first watched Jedi. I was pretty upset when Lucas released the vandalised -sorry re-digitalised versions and cut out the yub nub song at the end of the film. Luckily I came across a box set that included the original movie versions, so I don't have to wince everytime I see Hans Solo talking to Jabba the Hut in that space hangar. *thinks - that part was cut out of the original film because it was rubbish Lucas!*

So, Revenge of the Sith is in the lead at the moment. That's a bit of a surprise to me but Most Impressive none the less. There's a few more hours left though- so anything could happen.

I remember going to see it at the pictures and being so excited and happy because we had waited sooooo long for the prequels to get made. When the Lucas Film fanfare came on everyone in the cinema cheered.

Oh stop your whining wolf. It was a good movie with the best villian but I liked Return of the Jedi the most *nodnod*

Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the dark side...

Only now...at the end....do you understand.....

And now, young Skywalker......you will die.....

The Phantom Menace was the best because it has the greatest lightsaber duel of all the films. even though they killed off Darth Maul

The fight was epic, sure, but Empire cannot be topped, by anything, ever.

So its almost 24 hours since I posted this and at the moment its a tie between Revenge of the Sith and Empire strikes back. Will I need to beg for someone to cast the deciding vote - we shall see.

*breathes a sigh of relief*

I honestly thought one of those upstart new films was going to win, ahem I mean - a wonderful display of democracy in action there I think you will all agree.

*gets out pom poms and cheers*

Name that Skywalker-

"I hate Tattooine!

I'm Never getting out of here!

Obi-wan never lets me do anything!" *whine, whine, whine*

We just watched Revenge of the SIth. It's the one I've seen the least.

Empire is my favorite.

I can't even make it through Revenge of the Sith. I get to the part where he kills a room of kids and then I'm just like "lol. I'm turning it off".

I don't think that the film needed that bit. It should've shown him killing some of the Council instead.
