Moridin and "the link"

do you think Moridin is aware of the link between him and Rand? Well, we know he's aware but do you think he knows the full effect of what may happen? He knows that the injury of Rands hand has hurt his own so we know he knew about that, yet, Rand walks right into his dream in TGS and he was caught a little off guard. What is your guys opinion?

I think he has a better idea than Rand does. He must realize that the fact that his dreams are vulnerable means that something unique is in play. It also begs the question of how Rand's dreams got penetrated by Lanfear, I suspect its via the Moridin link, and probably a trap based on what Moridin learned from Rand popping into his dream.

He is certainly more aware of the link than Rand is. Rand (even the new zen Rand) seems to be remarkably clueless about it. as to "full effects of the link", we don't even know what they are yet. The strange way the channeling sickness works in relation to the link is one example of that. Moridin likely does not know everything either but he knows enough for his purposes. He even uses the link to bait Rand at the end of ToM.

they don't see each other like those colours the taverin get, they do kinda feel each other/sense at times, but Moridin did think if one died so will the other.

Moridin did seem dead serious when speaking to Demandred in TGS that only HE was to deal with Rand and that Demandred was not to go after him at the moment.
