I have been reading a long time too, i picked up WoT when i was about 14 and i have been reading and re-reading ever since.

It was similar for me too actually. I'd always liked fantasy a bit, then read the Wheel of Time, and it turned me pretty much entirely fantasy, and now I can't get enough of it.
