I heard about this site a while back yet was unable to check it out, but I am here now. :D Jason love the site.

How I got hooked, I was handed a teaser for one of ealier books in '93 and I was totally lost and totally drawn in, so I turned around that day and bought the first two and the rest shall we say is history.

I would dare say that this series is RJ's Magmun opus his masterpiece

The he thing that made me really enjoy Peter Jackson’s LOTR was that despite the departures from the books the story was told in the same tone as the novels and so it still felt like LOTR Same went for Game of Thrones, the books had a darker tone and thus so did the show so it felt like the same world and the same story. WOT by contrast just does not have the same tone as the books. It feels like they are trying to tell the story of WOT in the tone of GOT and it just feels off
