has anyone played this yet? it just came out but i've read good things about it and was wanting some user feed back before considering to buy it. heared it's also a 2 player co-op as well, which is great.

Well I played the demo that you can get off steam and I thought it was a bit disappointing.. The camera has a really strange way of positioning and the fighting all together seems a bit awkward. Kinda like your just blundering through the fight. Wasn't really too much like DS2. But that was just the demo maybe they've fixed it up a bit.

Tried the demo. It was okay. The fighting and abilities do take a bit of getting use to. Never finished the first couple games but I think this game is more user friendly.

Just started playing this game on Xbox, seems good so far...

Sorry got sidetracked all last nigth playing Dungeons and Dragons : Daggerdale.

It's mildly addicting

Ok got alittle bit of playing on DS 3 in.

 

It's pretty good on most parts..

Wish it had a character creation instead of a pick of characters but whatever.

 

Rest is pretty solid, combat works nice.

Sucks also that there's no map, other than a minimap..

 

Was alot of fun in multiplayer local co-op

Bought the game, game-play and its graphics are solid, but the 'cinematic sequences' are abysmal, the storyline extremely linear with zero character development.

what stitch said. i much prefer Deamon Souls honestly, reguardless of how infuriatingly hard Deamon Souls is

So yea, I bought this ages ago... Stopped playing due to other things..

 

Picked it up two nights ago.... and beat it.

I t hink I had 20 hours into it. >_<

Well that sucks cuz I really enjoyed the second one..

Didn't enjoy the gameplay too much but still had hope for the story. Ah well.

The games good enough I guess. Not much replay value though.

yeah i got this game, played it for like an hour and have no interst in picking it back up again. ofcourse, the games it's competeing with for attention have something to do with that as well

 

its not that its' a bad game, it's just that the type of game has been over done and theres nothing to make it sand out from the likes of Dargon Age & Elder Scrolls.
