Hi I began reading the wot series when I was 12 years old. I had just read the shortened version of the Eye of the world. I skipped to the next book in the series and didn't realize I had missed half of the first book till many years later. So I have been reading this series for 16 years. I am now 28 and am rereading them from the beginning. These books are so complex with so many characters that it is almost like reading them for the first time. I have been saving the last couple of books to read after I have read all the rest again. I have rekindled my love for this world. I introduced my boyfriend to them so he is on his journey for the first time. I am sad that the end of the series will not be written by Robert Jordan. Mainly because he died without finishing his masterpiece. I think the people who took over will do a good job that he would be proud of. I'm happy to share this world with so many others who love it as much as I do.
