Hey Sworn!

I have two characters in the warder yards,

a Warder, Visar (late 20s, Tairen, passionate but self-conscious, swordsman)

a trainee, Torvus (late teens, cocky, intelligent, an archer and gadget man)

Want to rp anything for your character (or both of ours?) once you're approved?

Visar Gaiden? Where do you want to go from here on my intro thread if you could get back to me so we can continue it like that sorry I'm not trying to nagg Thank you

thanks for the reminder sworn. I've not been feeling great so I've been kinda waiting for some things to settle on my end, but I'll get you a post soon, I promise!

Where could we go hmmm, I guess Visar could show you around and then leave you to your character's reflections on him being there and all. sound good?

Sure that sounds good Visar Gaiden also; once I reach the barracks i need to begin attending lessons right?

We'll start a new thread for your lesson. Let me know what kind of stuff you want your character to learn.

Like, a fitness course, or a basics swordplay kind of thing? Or running through a few sword forms? Or your first spar? Or maybe trying out your new weapons?

Be creative and let me know what you'd like to do :D

Maybe a quick trip to the armory and then some sword play/forms.

Just an idea I know in our krav maga class the first time you start anything you go through stress testing to a. see what you know and b. target your weaknesses just an idea but yeah definately some basic forms would be good

Oh btw do we choose our own traing paths and disciplines Visar Gaiden?

I don't see any reason why you can't choose your own discipline, etc. Visar kind of has his own I think. You do krav maga? Cool! I've always wanted to pick that up, and there's a place in Maryland where I might train soon that teaches it (krav maga maryland). Yes, a stress test would be an excellent start. I study historical fencing which is pretty intense, too, so allow me to take the lead with that stress test :D

Okay thanks Ill conclude the current thread and we can move to that

Okay visar gaiden I finished up for the thread and await your further instructions *nods head*

you don't have to wait for me to start up a thread. Why don't you have this one be OTA, see if anyone else will play with us? Any other trainees want a sword class?

Okay Visar I started the thread and If you would please fill in the details as to what this "pressure testing" will consist of I think this will turn out great my friend

I hope my made-up game (inspired by Belgian rules fencing tournaments in the Renaissance) of Chalk Tunnel meets with your approval!

Everybody, come play Chalk Tunnel!
