On your egg page there is a link to Show HTML/BBCode, click that, copy the bbcode one and use it in your signature.

Private, or hidden boards, are the boards that you see once you join an org (social group) and you have been added by an administrator - this can take up to a week.

well, i just started at the top, and read some of the ones that sounded interesting. the goal 100,000 posts, when not being spammed hard, often serves as a chat room.

 

thre are a couple of different music threads, like songs of the BT (mainly metal, which seems most popular here, but there's a bob dylan thread, which is mostly... for me i guess), there is a great game thread called soemthing like wish granted, with a twist, which if you read the first page to get the basic idea of the rules, and skip to the last, you could jump right in on. there's a sports thread where people are talking about their favorite sports and games and things. and there's all sorts of plain random silliness. so, just whatever strikes your fancy, and don;t worry about the overwhelming numbers of things, just look at it like a TV with too many channels, and watch the ones you like. or start your own, on anything.

 

oh, probably should find the everybody read here code of conduct thread of you haven't already.

but i think you cna peek in at the chanelling saidin 101 class that's going on right now to get the start of a basic idea. and on page 1 or 2, there's a simplified explanation of how to use points you earn to level up for battles and such.
