I got em again! Why must they plague me so!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Someone tell my diaphragham to chill.

 

 

 

 

I think I gotta brush up on my Kundalini :ohmy:

I got three methods which work intermittently:

 

Perform Kundalini breathing through the diaphragm (which can be difficult when you can't center yourself)

 

Swallow air ( this is also how you make yourself burp, only thing is when it works it sometimes makes your chest hurt)

 

Take a big sip of a drink, holding it in your mouth, then swallow it after you've suspended yourself upside down in some way (works the best, but makes you look the silliest in public)

Get a spoonful of peanut butter, put it all in your mouth, swallow a little every time you feel like your about to hiccup until it goes away :P

leaning forward, drink a glass of water from the outside edge, kind of upside down.

 

spoonful of sugar on the tongue is rumored to work but the water always worked for me.

I wonder why the weird drinking methods seem to be so effective? I want to see a Sports Science type breakdown of why that helps
