Hello all, I am DP. I am currently on book 7 and am LOVING it. I am going really slow since I am really busy. I have 4 kids under 4yrs old. Twin girls that are 3 weeks old now so I'm staying busy.

 

My favorite character is probably Perrin. But I am loving the black tower and all the Asmodean guys too. My favorite girl would probably be....a few of the maidens that are in charge of guarding him.

 

I can't stand most all Aes Sedai.

 

I dont have a favorite forsaken.

There's going to be some pretty much everywhere, but especially in the discussion boards. And the maidens are cool, nice choice :D

     

    When did you start reading the Wheel of Time?

    I started about 2 years ago, maybe 3. Took me until midway into book 2 to get really into it. I am definately taking my time with them though so that I can make them last. I went way to fast with the Belgraid and the Mallorean books.

     

    I also like Lan allot, Morraine is ok. and for some reason i like Allana (the chick that is bonded with Rand, she seems to really care for him).

     

    I have read allot of spoilers already, I don't mind too many of them. When I'm bored I thumb through books I haven't yet read to see what is happening.

     

    I am currently a few pages away from getting to the part where Lan finally finalss Nynave.

    The battles are my favorite part, cant really pinpoint a particular one. I loved when all the Asmodan showed up at the 'Wells' battle.

    The least favorite character would be all the Chlidren of Light, I dont even like reading the sections about them.

    Well my wife finally started reading WoT this week. She is only at chapter 3 of Book 1, but it is great to have her reading it finally. She asks me all types of questions that seem really comical to me such as who is this and what is the significance of that? LOL
