The nym are gone, the ogier leaving... Those color blind fools can sing until their lungs pop, won't work.

Bah, the ogier won't leave! Well at least some will stay.

Even if the only ones left are Loial and his wife.

Like the rest of Randland, they wouldn't have the foggiest idea of how to act if their 'prophecy' (for lack of a better term) actually arrives.

It's pretty clear from Loials book that the Ogiers will not leave. The decision was almost made when I stepped up to adress the Stump...... I find it very unlikely that the continuation of that would be .. and after my great speach they stood by their decision, opened the Book and left.

Loial's speech was only meant to stop them from leaving before TG, not to stay around for good.

 

Even if they only stayed a little while after.TG, decades for ogier, the nym are still dead, was the nym that did the main work with the Song.
