I'm trying to set up a webproxy so that my computer thinks it's in Japan (even though I really am in Japan the computer reads as in the states due to the on base ISP) can anyone explain how to do this or walk me through it I'm completely computer illiterate and this is all I need to play Tera Online Japanese release if anyone could help me out with this I'd greatly appreciate it
