So I've been trying to come up with an rp that could conceivably include as many of our active members as possible. Here's what I've got so far:

 

We receive info from the Watchers of a Wanderer that had a bad time going through the Howling, to the extent that the locals in the area think the individual has lost their mind and are holding said individual captive as a possible darkfriend, similar to the crazy man Perrin met. A tracker or two decide to see if they can bring the Wanderer back from the brink of insanity and a contingent of Rangers go along to help sort through any difficulties that might arise. If enough of you are game to join in on this I think it could be a lot of fun. Also, if we decide to do it there's a prospective new member who has said she's up to the challenge of playing such a character.

 

So, who wants in on this? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Count me in Burrich, this sounds like it could be a fun rp.....although i have one suggestion. I would say that we would not send out anymore than one or two Rangers, and only one Tracker. Any larger group would risk exposure and we would want to avoid that at all costs.....but i am happy to go along with whatever is decided.

Owen that's fine with me, be glad to have you join in...let me check and see if the person I spoke to is still interested in rping the crazy person. We can do it just as well either way but I want to find out before we get started.

Alrighty, so now that we know who the Wanderer is i say we get this started.

 

So, we'll start in the Stedding with Lei telling Janna about the situation. Then, due to the foreseen difficulties Janna enlists the help of Owen who brings Burrich along as part of his training and we all go together to rescue the poor dear.

 

Or, Lei delivers the message to Janna via the dream and we all meet up with her when we get closer.

 

Anyone else have thoughts they want to add?

 

If not, I'd say Lei can get us started and we'll go from there.

Any chance of me being in? I know I've still got to finish the second round of training but meh, its nearly sort of done :) He could meet them there since he's usually out on the road rather than the stedding (once he's finished training)

Hmm...well, we don't want to make too big of a group but if Janna wants to bring you along as part of your Tracker training that's her call.

I'd like to join in... its been a while since i showed up itching for something to do. However if there are already too many people I'll gladly step out of the way and wait for another RP to come along. I'm easy that way.

In the thread I linked, you do - my understanding is that Leila's contacted by one of her Watchers in the Dream telling her that there's this crazy Wanderer who needs some attention sooner rather than later, so she goes to Janna to tell her this because that's really tracker business. *shrug* Correct me if I'm wrong :P

Sounds about right, and Janna if you want Erik to do this one just include such in your post and we'll go from there. And maybe include asking Owen for an escort since you expect there might be trouble with the locals.

 

Sosumo, I think you can go ahead and join us. As to what Owen said about there being too many, that's true but if one or more of us stay back in the woods and only come in if needed we should be able to avoid notice.

Sounds interesting though, bringing the kin back from the brink.. good stuff. Well, like to know what's goin on.. As you can see with us Trackers, confusion is systemic. Once Janna goes down, there's no help for any of us.

But Erik, you'll need to join us as, given the situation and the fact that she'll be hend captive by locals as a darkfriend, we'll be going in a group. The group will consist of Owen, Burrich, yourself, and possibly Leila if she decides to join us instead of just informing us of the situation.
