Vote then tell reasons.

first part of the poll can be one of these::

-what you want/hope it to be

-what would likely happen

-what she deserves

I don't see her showing up much more. Honestly, a relatively minor character whose only appearance (as far as I can foresee) could perhaps be a one liner if the Shaido get overrun by the Seanchan, because they are hardly important to anyone else anymore.

I assumed her fate was sealed already. THey'll return to the Waste, and rot there.

Yes, I assume that also. But if they somehow fail to return to the Waste, I hope she'll get killed/executed by Shaido.

I hope the Shaido just return to the Waste and don't get mentioned again. They were done as a plot device after Dumai's Well and the whole episode with them afterwards was just bloat. There's no need for them to act anymore like a bad case of herpes that just keeps popping up when you think you're done with it.

I don't think Therava will appear again. The Shaido, however, I believe are the "remnant of a remnant" of Aiel that will survive the Car a'Carn, given that they are returning to the Waste to resume the Aiel's old lifestyle. It's a nice ironic ending that gives their story post-Fires of Heaven more point than it would otherwise have.

Totally agree with ya about the remnant part Treekiller.

I tend to have a lack of sympathy for rotten people when they get what they got comin to them so while i dont think she'll be mentioned, im content with the thought of the rest of her life spent with her "friends" :)

undecided on both parts; not sure what would happen to her.

about remnant of an remnant, Aviendha would be one of them since Rand's 3 lovers would survive his death.

And if her vision/visions in the Glass Columns will happen, the characters mentioned in it/them would also be among the remnant.

Since she got more face time than Alviarin(SC?) I think she'll get more than an honorable mention. I wouldn't think it out-of-place for her to be rescued/collected by Shaidar Haran, punished/tortured for information as to what she knows, then sent to do the DO's bidding. Moghedien of Cyndine might b sent in SH's place, but that seems most likely to me. Elaida's story felt closer to completion than Galina.

I take "remnant of a remnant" to mean that there will only be a small fraction of Aiel that remain "Aiel" -- a warlike, tribal group that lives in the Waste by the prcepts of Ji e Toh -- after the Last Battle, not that only a small population of those race of Aiel survive the last battle. Under this interpretation, Aviendha's children will not be part of the remnant of a remnant unless they resume the Aiel's old ways and return to the Waste. In addition, I do not think Aviendha's visions of the future at Rhuidean will actually take place, so I don't think they should factor in to whether the Shaido will turn in to the remnant of a remnant per the prophecy.

remnant of a remnant I interpret as those who survive Rand's death.

None of the revealed Aiel prophecies tell how the remnant would act/behave/etc.

One thing from the visions seems certain: Aviendha having 4 children. Min's Viewing of her; Winter's Heart Chapter 12.

prophecy indicating the survival of Rand's 3 lovers: Viewing of funeral bier; Eye of World Chapter 15.

I think she will be executed by the Shaido because they get tired of her snivelling and Therava will do it herself.
