Apologies about getting nothing up last week, but posted elsewhere, I have been struggling to get onto DM of late. Anyway, things seem to be working this week, so here is week 6 of the Band of the Red Hand's new activity. Because there was no contest last week, there will be two this week.

 

The Chart Game

This is a simple game open to Banders and DMers alike. Each week, I will post a thread with a new release in the UK singles charts along with a link to a music video so you can listen to the song. All you need to determine is where the song will chart on Sunday when the UK Official Chart is announced on Sunday. You need to pick between 1 to 40, or "does not chart". No chart place can be picked twice. And there will be prizes for the winner.

 

The Prizes

Winner (exact spot) - 4 Promotion Points

Winner (not exact spot) - 2 Promotion Points

 

Should there be a tie, for example, the song charts at number 7, but two Banders have picked 5 and 9 (i.e. both are 2 places away up and down), they will both get the winnings.
