All these necro threads are going to make working out the Hot Threads this month a pain again. And a lot of real active Threads have been pushed off. It's an interesting idea, but you might have been better off sending a big PM to all of them, probably more chance that they would see it.

Sorry about the difficulty with the points and hot threads and stuffs. I gave Cindy the go ahead in trying to reach civvys that have not been promoted. I should have thought of the PM as a better option.

I'm really sorry, I didn't think of that... so far the necros dropped back down and hopefully will stay there, but I'll be more than happy to help count the hot threads this month... like maybe just the ones started before a certain date, or even all of them if you want. I'm happy to help out with that any time, btw... that much math I can do, lol, and I know it's a huge job to be responsible for all the time, so just let me know if you ever want a hand... and especially this month... I'm really very sorry... I didn't think of a mass pm, and I did this very sleepy so I'm sure I messed it up anyway...

 

oh, and if you think it's a good idea, I could go bump the newer displaced threads back up but I won't unless you say I should cause maybe that will cause more problems...

Is ok Cindy ... I found out after I posted this that my M'Hael had said yes go ahead, so I'm totally blaming him and he knows I am He has bumped most of the Threads in penance, although he was also muchly sleep deprived.

 

The Hot Threads went all the way back to Page 8 for June! Hopefully Froggy will be back and then she will do it anyways - if not then any help will be gratefully appreciated.

 

A PM is more likely to work though, from my own past experience at tracking down inactive peoples in t'other tower. You should totally get together with Taltos and make one for all those people we want to come and play and are stubbornly refusing to do so also. Tell them to come play WoTOPOLY lol.

lol, I'll try to figure out the pm thing today, but preparing for a family invasion, so I'll have to be extra careful not to do it dumb, like this.

yeah, I can count whatever threads you like, or all of them, just let me know what date you like it done on, and I'm there. I have a general idea how to calculate (ie from what points level at what date to now, etc.) but any tips will help :).

 

not sure when froggys coming back, she may be having computer probs. there's an unfortunate lot of that going around.

I like sangria ... haven't had it in yonks. When I went to Spain for the first time, ages ago now, we went to a party where it was coming out of a fountain. I was really ill the next day.
