And I think Viola's a lovely name. It's a flower, and it's an instrument, and it's not just any instrument, it's an instrument that is so unique it has its own clef. Or at least it's the only one to borrow the alto clef (unless we start talking about tenor viols, but I'm sticking purely orchestral here!).
