so cute :D there are so many adorably dressed toddlers around here, it's hard not to squee a lot ;)

 

although my kids keep getting touched on the hair and face, I am learning to just smile and keep moving.

yes, we are living in Hong Kong and my kids are pale with lighter hair, people don't do it to be rude, my kids are a novelty.

Little kids touched me a lot in Japan because I had the super Light skin. My friend had LONG blonde hair and people always touched it. We just laughed.
