Thanks a lot great article, anyone know where moriaine would be with her angreal?

Somewhere around level 13/14, based on her own description of her power (stronger than she was, but I doubt by too much due to how weak she is without it).

I think it's harder to tell just because even the male chanellers themselves can't tell. The only way they can tell is how much of the power a person is holding at a given time. So they could also fool each other. The scene in the beginning of LoC where Rand and Taim are first testing the people at the farm is a good example.

We really only know the comparative strengths of a few of the strongest male channelers, and even that can be iffy, esp since, unlike Aes Sedai, there is no ranking based on power, so they don't act obviously or mention who is stronger/weaker except in extreme cases.

Most of it is still open to debate, but I think it's a good attempt.

 

(Most of them are dead before AMoL, so there's not much "current standing". Still, this illustrates the difficulty.)
