Turin -No, I did not kill Ithi. Ithi's scene is slightly different from the one that killed Arez.

Smoke cloaked the room. The trainers were all rather perplexed by Mistress Heart and her "game." Nevertheless, the trainers all let out their pokemon for a stretch. A few of the trainers realized that this would be a good time to gain some information, perhaps to knock opposing trainers out of the game. These trainers whispered to their pokemon, giving them instructions, before sending them off into the smoke.

Weedle didn't have any instructions from her trainer. She was simply taking in the sensation of the hard, smooth floor beneath her, and the cool whips of smoke touching her shell. She wandered along, wondering where there might be someone to play with. She saw a few a few forms moving near by, and scurried over to them. Just before she reached them however, she grew a little dizzy. She shook her head to clear it, and then saw something shiny streak down upon her.

I will reiterate: I did not kill Ithi. Weedle saw something shiny streak down upon her. And from the scene, I think that EP might be telling the truth, because Weedle got dizzy before she was killed, which could have meant that she got redirected by the move Confusion. I think there's more hints in these scenes, so I want to look back and read again.

Nolder - I can only shoot every other night. I used my power for the first time last night, which means that I can only shoot on even numbered nights. Assuming I survive up to that point, I will get another shot on Night 4.

I thought that he was the scummiest player up to that point. I submitted my kill on him before he claimed Doc, so I had no way to take it back. So I was forced to watch with agony as he revealed. And then curse myself for having a happy trigger finger and not waiting to see how things played out. It could have gone extremely badly if Arez had turned out to be the real doc.

and why should I believe that you're not mafia?

Ask yourself this question. Why would I admit to killing Arez if I was mafia?

canonesque of Solarbeam, it takes 2 turns to actually use it, because you "gather light" the first turn

sounds like a vaguely familiar arguement.

To answer your question, Dap, about whom I believe to be mafia, at this point, I'm only guessing, but I think that Lenlo, Nya, and Roo all look scummy to me and are at the top of my most likely to be scum list. Especially since I haven't really heard much from Roo the past few days. Lenlo is going off of Ithi's case on Day 1, which I went back to because my own suspicion (Arez) ended up being town. And Nya is more of a gut reaction than anything else. Look at how she popped up after I asked where she'd been. Did someone on her scum QT poke her in this direction?

I dont think so, as I dont have access to the scum QT :P

As I said, I've been watching and reading along but hadnt been confident about expressing my thoughts on who i think is scummy, till abouts now. I reacted to you calling my lurkiness out because i saw how people could suspect my quietness if i didnt finally say something anyway :)

WIFOMs, WIFOMs everywhere

Razen who do you think should be lynched today?

Here's the longish answer to your question:

Honestly, at this point, I've got five players at the top of my scum list. Roo and Nya have popped in after I said something about them. Lenlo hasn't addressed what I said about him yet.

I took a look back at the player list to find out if I had missed anyone, and realized that we hadn't heard much from Kudaran. When's the last time Kudaran posted in the game thread? Because I don't remember much of what he's said.

If I had to pick right now the player that I was most interested in lynching today, without hearing what Kudaran and Lenlo have had to say for themselves, I would go with Lenlo. Hence my vote on him from earlier. But I'm fully prepared to admit that I don't have much more to go on than Ithi's case on him from Day 1, his own responses to that, and a gut feeling. Songstress defended him here, after I had posted the reason for my revisit of the case on him by Ithi:

Ok as I am getting a defensive Townie read from Turin I'll go back to one of my Day 1 train of thoughts on someone who went from really active in the joke phase to stealth mode in srsbsns phase

unvote vote roo

Len:

His end of D1 acceptance of a random lynch pinged quite a bit at the time... I haven't seen him as being particularly lurkish, though, he's been fairly involved in the discussion most of the time. Aside from Ithi's "conscience" vote and the random lynch bit, I'd have to see a better case on him.

She says that his behavior did ping, but other than that, she would have to hear a better case on him. I'm curious as to why that is the case. And from experience, Songstress tends to build her own cases using her infamous walls of text, so for her to sit back and say that she'd have to hear a better case is a little bit strange to me. Because there haven't really been much of her traditional Songstress type casing style posts.

Regarding what appears to me to be the other top choices for a lynch today:

Roo has been absent from the game, so I really don't have a read on him one way or the other. He could be scum trying to lie low, he could be town trying to feel his way through the game. Darthe did ping though for his attempt to try and figure out where the power roles were and where the misdirection would come from on N2. I'd say that based on that behavior, he's a good second choice, just behind Lenlo.

Tl;dr version:

Lenlo, followed closely by Darthe.

Aand that wasn't that long, but your answer is there in plain and simple form.

Specifically, I said that his behavior regarding the random lynch at the end of Day 1 pinged. Looking back through my notes, I haven't really seen anything else about Len that concerns me, and I'm curious why others want to lynch him. I'm not defending him, I'm trying to figure out what it is that other people have seen that I didn't notice.

I also explained why I haven't done wall of text casings on people this game, I literally cannot play two games at once with that level of detail.

I'm not liking Turin's behavior regarding EP. I had a bit of a scum read on EP but am now sorta undecided on him. Turin tunneling on him is odd. Also, starting to get a town read from Razen FWIW.

Vote: Turin

I think if we can nab one scum we can bust this game wide open

I think the same but right now, we just need to find one, hopefully sooner rather than later

FWIW?

Do I need to link LMGTFY.com for you Smiley? That's a rather common internet/texting acronym.

So Razen, your wondering about why I was okay with a random but went and voted someone? Because the rest of you did not want to. It was my personal preference and I couldnt convince you guys of it.you all did not want to do that. Seeing that I decided to work with the rest of you on who you were wanting to go after.

I might be answering the wrong thing completely. If so just tell me/point out what it was exactly that you wanted me to explain. If this doesnt work for you well, I can say abit more later.
