This series is driving me nuts... in a good way... but still TELL ME HOW TED MEETS HIS KIDS' MOTHER!!!!

Well, can't remember the episode or exact details, but I think he mentions having a baby in... 2015? So conceived in 2014, and assuming he got married before that, he should meet her in 2013. But given how crazy Ted is, it's just as likely to see her in 2014.

I just started watching it this newest season. Whatever number it is. It's a funny show. The one thing I don't understand is why Ted 20 years in the future sounds like Bob Saget...

I'm basically waiting for this to end. I've seen a few random episodes here and there and I love the show. But I would go absolutely crazy waiting for new episodes/seasons. Until it's finished I'm staying away.

Huh. realized that I had scheduled recordings for this show and JUST watched the season finale. Gotta say, WTF?!

It's my understanding that the story of the show is set to conclude in season 8. If the show is renewed for a ninth season, they said they had "contingency plans", which I don't think bump the conclusion back further but continue the story AFTER he's met their mother. So I can't wait for the season eight finale. The sporadic release of episodes near the end of season seven was horrible, though. I don't know if they do this every year, I watched the first six on netflix.
