Yup, basically.

Ok, then here is my suggestion for the RP outline:

 

 

RP1 - Mehrin seeks White Tower assistance

• Quibby plays out his characters' interaction in Tel'aran'rhiod leading to Mehrin deciding that he needs to find help in the White Tower. (suggested RP between Quibby's two characters. Not a 'solo' RP but both PC characters played by the same person, as they both belong to him. May need GL approval). Mehrin travels to the White Tower.
  
  • RP done in Tel'aran'rhiod board. End with link to the thread in White Tower.
    

• Carina resides in the White Tower as the Head of the Browns and receives Mehrin when he arrives for help. She decides to travel with him to Leala, the White Tower's only Dreamwalker at the moment.
  
  • RP done in Tar Valon board. End with link to RP2
    

RP2 - Mehrin and Carina travel to Leala

• Leala establishes a friendship with the Wise One Edora after the rescue of the Dragon Reborn in Cairhien.
  
• Mehrin and Carina arrive at the camp and Leala starts to work on helping Mehrin out.
  
  • RP's can be done in a single thread. Starting with the first part and then adding the arrival of Mehrin and Carina to it. Both are done in Cairhien board. End with link to RP3.
    

RP3 - Leala learns Dreamwalking from Edora

• Edora finds Leala in Tel'aran'rhiod and an agreement is made for the Wise One to teach the Aes Sedai.
  
• Both of them proceed to monitor and analyse Mehrin's dreams while Leala receives her lessons from the Wise One.
  
  • RP's can be done in a single thread on the Tel'aran'rhiod board. End with link to RP4
    

RP4 - Mehrin's dreams are discussed at camp in Cairhien.

• Carina continues to shield Mehrin's dreams while he is not being monitored and discusses what they have found so far with him and Leala.
  
• Edora discusses her findings with the other Wise Ones (this can be done through reflection from POV of Edora while interacting with the AS)
  
• Both the Aes Sedai and the Wise Ones also discuss what they have learned together, though there may be some elements both groups are not sharing. There are still trust issues between the two, after all.
  
  • RP's can be done in two threads in the Cairhien board or in one thread but clearly seperated by first doing one and then the other. I would suggest two threads, to avoid confusion. With a link to each other.
    

RP5 - Dreadlord

• Quibby's choice on how he would like to see this play out for his Mehrin and his Dreadlord. How does the dreadlord respond to the shielding and the consequent interference from the women and what is the outcome for him?
  

 

 

 

The above is just an outline suggestion. If you guys have something else in mind that is less complicated or elaborate, then I'm all for it. Provided it follows a logical path.
