Ok. Here is my first attempt. I need comments to sorta get an understanding of the feel you want. A song would be good. *lol* I don't know what kinda image you're looking for but... here goes nuffink...

Keep in mind I have no idea what you're really after but... anyway... Let me know your thoughts and I can tweak them or redo them, I don't mind. *shrugs* But keep in mind I'm VERY DAMN NEW at this and there is a very severe limit to what I know and can do. Ithi's my teacher, so she might be able to help more.

Damn I actually had a great idea just hearing the name, I just saw this thread for the first time just now, if you still want it let me know and I'll get to work on it.

@EP - It is loosely based on that phrase, yes.

Maybe try putting the words over the heart and stakes? Just to see what that looks like.

Or try using the top font on the bottom heart with the smaller stakes, and put the font over the bottom part of the heart so it doesn't completely cover the stakes.

*lol* Err... I'm pretty sure there's no way I'm gonna be able to do what your artist friend did. I only know how to manipulate images... drawing anything is WAAAY out of my reach. Unless my teacher, Ithi, decides to have an art class. And even then...

Btw, can you give a bit more description as to what you are looking for? *lol* All I had was "Cross My Heart". And looking at the album art, I realise it's TOTALLY not "Cross My Heart"-ish. So... if ya could give a bit more history or whatever, I can then go back to the drawing board to work on it a bit.
