I am assuming pre Alloy of Law because I haven't read Alloy Of Law

Well...

Iron+Steel is like air for throwing things... Only they can also move themselves.

Tin is like grasping saidin/saidar and becoming like super sensitive to everything

Pewter... Really doesn't have a match but I guess warder counters. Minus warders you just have some super strength dude.

Brass.. Meh. Strong willed Aes Sedai no point

Copper is freaking useless against Aes Sedai

Bronze is also freaking useless against Aes Sedai

Gold would have no use.

The only thing that would be interesting would be atrium. Pump over a crap ton of atrium. But then what. You can do much because Aes Sedai have great AoE.

Oh you are about to be balefired. I guess I should run. *PEWTER STORM*...

Also, good AS are not allowed to use compulsion. It is a big no-no remember?

one word VERIN!!

Death Star beats Choedan Kal Rand that could BREAK the earth DS blowst it into liddle biddy pieces

only when it's in range :), plus CK could put so much balefire to destroy the world that it would have never existed

A lot of times when i'm reading a book i think, "This would make a great movie." This is usually followed by "I hope they never make one." See Eragon and The Lightning Thief for examples.

better point

So, I believe that a jedi will probably win against an Aes Sedai one on one and most seem to agree. Now I wonder about Jedi vs Asha'man. I am leaning Asha'man. Also, Sith Vs. Forsaken?

yes, me too, but if they could pull it off, then I would go insane

Healing is a huge advantage in a group kind of scenario tho...

I agree, Yoda is uncompulsable.

Of coure the Aes Sedia couldn't compulse Yoda.

He's dead.

As far as Death Star vs BaleFire.

Balefire still wins.

Death Star can destroy a planet...

So what?

Balefire can...

DESTROY EXISTANCE!

/thread.

No but Jedi have special jumping skills, have you seen how far one jumps!

just a massive wall of Balefire, can't jump over that

I'm pretty sure Verin was a Darkfriend.

Just saying

answer be spoilerified, (Sorry Des  )

LIES, LIES AND BLASPHEMY!

Verin was a forced Darkfriend, it was turn to the dark or die, so she became a spy, sort of...

Wait wait wait, are we talking the first Death Star, or second Death Star here?

Jedi vs. Ashaman: Still Jedi. Ashaman are better at battle weaves but one on one the Jedi's martial prowess would win out

Sith vs. Forsaken: Sith, cause pretty much any bad guy from any other fantasy story could beat the Forsaken. They're all teh lame except for Semirhage and Moridin

(also edit the entire thing from your post, or spoilerfy it, no more people need to be spoilt)

*stops himself from spoilers this time*

now answer in spoiler brackets

as of tGS the Ashaman have running orders to use balefire, so the fight still lies with them, assuming that ashaman are strong enough to weave it, even then deathgates would work, actually just about any long listen weave where the jedi's martial abilities don't come into the equation
