You realize that this isn't even a monopoly yet and given Oath's powerful standing not even close to one yet. This is an extremely fair trade, possibly even tilted in your favor.

I dont want to give you any chance of getting a second monopoly when you already have one. Least not until we have one.

i think its worth considering. After alittle talking and Dream Ring accepts it then yes, I can see it working.
