Don't make the mistake of thinking that the ratio is always 25% scum. If Town has been given a few extra roles, the mods will sometimes grant the Mafia an extra player or two. Sometimes the Mafia will run 33% or in extreme cases 40%. Stating that you know anything for certain is tricky and sometimes dangerous. As my vote for you shows.
