I just wanted to scream NOOOO. Why is Mat in Ebou Dar? He should be fighting somewhere near Shayol Ghul. On the other hand, it will be very interesting to see him meet Tuon again. :)

It's only chapter 11, I imagine he's met Rand in Merrilor by now, and has some pressing business in Ebou Dar. (My guess? It has something to do with Rand discovering his link to Tuon, and despite Mat's POV stating he kinda wanted to stay away, we know Ta'veren are drawn where they're needed and vice-versa, so I imagine this will conclude early with Mat bringing some Seanchan to help in the LB.

That, or because of Aviendha's visions, perhaps Mat brings them TO Merrilor, and we see the Dragon's Peace discussion played out.
