Well...Scotland is a possibility, cos with a German citizenship I can study muuuch cheaper in some EU countries...but in Inglaterra I would have to pay. Mucho. Or it'd definitely be my first choice! XD

Scotland is MUCH cheaper than England. I'm not sure about Wales.

 

We are stupidly expensive now ... Is £9000 a year just for fees now, let alone living expenses.
