So, Kate found out that the Warlight button on Google+ is a turn-based game which is basically Risk.

 

For those of you who don't know, Risk is a world-domination game.

It. Is. Amazing.

 

And we should all schedule a big Google+ hangout where we could all play. We could also play on Warlight.net! (See Kate's quote below)

This is the website. You can play single player (against AI's - and don't be fooled, the AI's generally give a good challenge) or multiplayer.

 

You can play for free, so join up.

 

With a free account, you can set up a game with up to 6 players. However, they have a $30 lifetime membership where you can invite 24 of your friends to your game (as well as do things like tournaments and such). Eddie and I are thinking about paying for an account, so we can host big games with DMers. :smile:

11AM EST

4PM Ithi Time

11PM Cyan Time

5PM Tina Time.

 

I'm not sure if there is a cap, but we could have teams, and the boards are pretty cool.

    I love Risk and would love to play. Since a game can easily take an hour or more if would be good to find a time when many of us can be online at the same time. I´m not sure it will be possible but we can try.

     

    If we can find a good time, I´m in. If many of you find a time when I can´t play then go on without me. If we go for this week I might be able to do it Sunday evening/late afternoon.

    That is why I was thinking a Friday or Saturday night (Eastern Standard Time).

    I know some people go out and stuff, but that would be the best time to get everyone on.

    I'm sure we can find different times to play that will accommodate to everyone's timezones. Eddie and I are both up half the night most days anyway. :tongue:
