I just joined the forums and look forward to discussing WoT with everyone.

 

Several years ago I read books 1-4 and about half of book 5 before letting life get in the way of my reading time.

 

Recently, I've decided to make time to read. I've read 'Eye of the World' and 'New Spring'. I'll begin 'The Great Hunt' very soon.

Welcome to DM, George. Is that your real name? You know you can have something else as your username, right? Though I've never understood the need for using handles, as opposed to real names. Aaah well unto each their own.

 

But I digress. If you've not read past book 4 or 5, do be careful where you go on DM if you wish to avoid spoilers. There's the structured Discussion board, I suppose, or you can just hang out at the Social Groups (though we have spoilers there too, I'm afraid).

hey George, welcome to DM and im going have to second elgee's advice and the social groups are always a blast, and i hope you can catch up on your reading , then we can discuss(argue) who we like best :D

Do you make your own sigs, or have them done for you?

I'm the same way, George. My real name is Christine. In some settings, where this is already taken, I use my last name as well. Elgee's name is actually her real life nickname!
