One of the things I pride myself on, is that members of this Org have the BEST rate of compliance with the signature and avatar guidelines. I've noticed a couple of people who are just a little large on one or the other. So do me a favor, and check yours. If yours is fine, please check that the people around you are also fine.

 

Avatars should be no more than 80X80. Signatures should be no more than 100X500.
