Life's Not Fair

Ok, so this is like the second or third time I've gotten invited to go abroad with the People to People program, but it's $3,999+!!!! This just makes me mad because most of the people in the United States can't afford something like that at this time. I've always wanted to go abroad, and the fact that they send me a letter almost every year just doesn't help, I want to go so bad, and if anybody has any idea or information on how I could go, you'll be my hero.

OMG You get those letters too!!!! My gosh I've gotten them EVERY YEAR since like what 4th grade! My family does travel a lot but my family just doesn't trust this ... Odd :-/

yay!!! Well, I don't know about not trusting it because it seems pretty believable, and there are a lot of reviews on it. Did you get one this year? If so, where to?

I did that years ago, the price was about the same for a 4 week trek across Europe. If you can find a way to do it, it's a blast.

I never did it, as I played soccer internationally, but one of my good friends did participate in the program. He went all over the UK and loved it.

People to people program? Never heard of it. Never left North America, either. But since taking AP Euro I want to go visit some of the places I learned about.

You seriously have a class about europe?

I had welding, auto shop and Agriculture. Where the hrll was the class on europe when i was in school?

And i need to get around to my passport. I have the money, just too lazy to go get it done.

I definately agree on the class about Europe... my brother takes it because he's in Governor's School, but I don't.
