No, you need to send it so that they can reply to you for changes and updates. I believe there is a form through the WT RP Website that will auto send it.

Is there a link for the WT RP Website?

There is a link to it in the Information about the WT thread. Its pinned at the top of this board and says Please Read this First. You should give that whole thread a good look through. the only changes are staff names since Elgee just left the RGL role and I took it over.
