It's open to everyone now. There is a limit on the number of people that can go in at one time though.

Look on the menu line where 'Dragonmount' / 'The Books' / etc... is. It's second to last.

Is the chat room working? I just tried using it and I can't see any messages. It keeps saying it's loading but nothing happens.

It worked fine for me, just now.

it may be my connection. The whole dragonmount site loads incredibly slowly at the moment.
