Hhhmmm. How to build an Iron Man outfit. 0_0

Get a highly equipped computer system and database to control the weapons. Pull together the metal parts with some heavy machinaryl. Do a red paint job.

Or you could design it on your fancy shmancy computer systems and have your minions put it together. *nods*

;)

Lots and lots and lots of RC toys equipment, approximately 30$ worth of duct tape ((No more, no less)), incense to burn to get you in the mood and finally google plus, to tell you how to use said RC toys and duct tape.

speaking of somebody who built fake weapons from duct tape, more like 60 dollars to do it right.

First, you'll obviously need an Arc Reactor to power the suit.

Then, maybe a government weapons contract giving you access to billions in disposable income.

Get a whole lot of scrap metal, shape/cut that into the different parts... I have a feeling that there's something he's wearing underneath that they're mounted on and it's not all one solid unit that somehow slides and twists like that, but I could be wrong... Self moving parts I'd go RC like Lenlo said.... Too tired to think engineering coherently.

Have you seen those "copiers" than can scan something and then make (not print, make) the shape? I wonder if one of those would work? You'd still have to have the specs for the pieces, or maybe prototype pieces (though I don't know what you'd use to make those)
