I was blocked again.

At this point I"m mostly suspicious of Smiley, Lenlo and RTE. Maw would have been my top choice but it looks as though WoT cleared him with her findings.  

If I might ask Kaylee, why me? I understand Smiley and RTE. Both heavily defended Ithi if my memory serves me.

Ithi had pointed out that you were following a lot. Not making cases of your own. I realize she turned out to be mafia, but the posts she had used still stand. 

Of those left, WoT got a true result on Maw (town read), Random was mason with Rand, TG is UnCC'd cop, and I believe Ley 2.0 to be town since it was him that caught Ithi in a lie. That leaves 8 players (myself included). 

Alright, at this point, if Ley is doing the blocking, can you tell us why you'd block TGlems?

The thing is that with two godfathers lynched it is almost certain that there are two mafia teams. If they were aware of that then the mafia would be actively hunting for the members of the other team just as much as the town would be. One they need to eliminate the other mafia team and two it gives them the opportunity to look town.

 

I would like to hear who Ley blocked tho since the cop appears to have been blocked and the LD killed.

Remember the day BG got killed? I don't know which day it was, but the night before that day, TGlems told he was blocked too. That night I blocked Maw, because I thought he was mafia, and when I would make my case on him, I wanted to be able to catch him in a lie if he'd fake claim. This night I have blocked Kaylee in my search to block the other role blocker, and I'll block someone else every night until I find him (so until noone else is blocked).

Ley, was Kaylee just a random choice? your approach sounds very systematic.

 

So that would mean there is at least one more RB in the game if Ley and TG are telling the truth. TG has claimed to be blocked every night and Ley has claimed to have blocked different people at least three nights I believe.

Pretty awful post. I highly doubt cop wouldn't have cc'ed by now. Seems like you're using last gasp maneuvers to try and discredit TG. This, coupled with your defense of Ithi that many have referenced and you admitted to, makes me really want to lynch you.

What I really don't like about this Kaylee is that you colored both GF's the same color, even tho the diff colors the mod put them in strongly implies they were on seperate teams. And as I said before, two mafia teams def fits with canon, considering that there was a European theater for the war, as well as an Asian one. There was a VE day, and a seperate day for the end of the war in Japan.

 

WHy are trying to get us to believe both were on the same team?

 

Gotta say, 2 GF's in a row is pretty boss. However, we also have two confirmed mafia teams, which fits into canon, yet no evidence of multiple kills at night. Either they exchange kills, or one kills and one recruits perhaps? Anyhoo, more to come later when I got more time.

Im not sure how I feel about you sowing the seeds of recruit Wifom Despo. We have seen no evidence of that and its what, night 5?  Why bring it up now?

 

Don't see how you could think I'm sowing seeds of wifom. It appears we have two mafia teams, yet we haven't had a night with multiple deaths, have we?

 

This means that, like I said, we are prob dealing with either two teams that alternate kills (team A kills even nights, team B kills odd nights, or that one team kills while the other recruits or something.

 

Obviously I would prefer that it be the first option, as I hate dealing with recruiting elements, but hoping for the best will get you no where in mafia. You must consider all possibilities. Now, if one team does have recruiting capabilities, they might be limited somehow, which could partially explain why we haven't seen anyone flip as converted or anything. Either way, you questioning me for putting out completely logical evaluations is disconcerting.

Okay, based on the flips of two GFs, one a German and one a Japanese I am going to proceed under the assumption that there are two mafia teams. It makes you look at the game a different way. In the few games I have played with 2 mafia teams the teams are generally set up with either the same roles or at least similar roles. We have seen that each team had a GF. Based on Ley's own statements there are two RBers. This is why I think Ley should be the choice today.

The way I see it, worst possible scenario is we lynch Ithi off Leys info, Ithi is town, we lynch Ley, get mafia. Not too bad.

Ithi's lynch will provide info either way given the info she's put out there.

This is right in the middle of the Ithi/Ley discussion. Now remember BG is a Japanese godfather. He is trying to look as town as he can since only a LD look can get him in trouble. He advocates an Ithi lynch since she is not on his team. He even proposes the idea to lynch Ley next which I am thinking is distancing. It turns out that Ithi is not town but the German godfather. If Ley is actually the Japanese RB then he would have all the motive in the world to want Ithi dead.

 

 

For now Unvote With deadline tomorrow, and it being Christmas Eve, I"m hoping we can achieve a lynch. With that in mind the two biggest trains are BG and Ithi. I'm still thinking Ithi is more likely town. BG I'm always unsure of. I understand the case on Ithi, but is there a reason for voting BG other than bad feelings? Maw you said your vote was for him manipulating trains, can you explain please? I'll be online tomorrow afternoon and will place my vote then. 

 

I started the BG train after doing a reread and noticing that his voting pattern and comments seemed to follow others and to work toward having no accountability. Also because BG asked for name claims and it was shortly after that Ithi revealed the Master Forger.  So, given the back and forth it seems either Ithi is mafia or BG and Ley2.0 are mafia teammates.

I am proposing that BOTH are true. We have already seen that Ithi and BG are mafia. In a two mafia team game it could easily follow that Ley is actually a teammate of BG's

Mafia only cares about protecting the interests of their own team. two mafia teams will not be working together except in that they both want the town dead. So again, just because Ley used his info against Ithi does not make him town.

As far as the rest of the mafiosos, my list would include:

 

Player: exclusively based on lolguy's play

Len: Ithi would be looking for the other team for reasons stated earlier. Ithink she was on to something here.

RTE: He decries his towniness again after the Ithi Lynch. stating that he led it. He has pushed all of my mafia tell buttons.

 

On the fence on:

Smiley: he defended Ithi hard, but now he seems to be saying Ley is straight out vetted which I disagree with. I don't know how he would be defending players from BOTH mafia teams.

Maw: like I said earlier his posts have pinged but we have a true from the confirmed LD. So only way he is mafia is if he is a silvertongue.  

Despo 2.0: based primarily on Starry play. He has been very quiet but it is same across all the games he is in and he has given a reason. Just wish I would hear more from him.

Kaylee: not sure about her, thinking town but not sure.

 

Random and TG are confirmed town in my book. No one has cc'ed either of them in all this time and their play is solid.
