Pc games

I'm going to be stuck at home until the end of February estudying for my exams. I need some distractions for the end of the day and reading is not always an option, because I spend the whole day immersed in my Law books and I can't continue reading.

I've played (without finishing them - got stuck) Mass effect and Baldur's Gate; I like that type of pc game. I would like you to give me some pc games suggestions.

Pc games suggested:

  1. Sims
  2. American McGee's Alice
  3. Torchlight
  4. Assassin's Creed
  5. Diablo
  6. League of Legends
  7. Amnesia
  8. Slender
  9. Battle for Wesnoth
  10. Company of Heroes
  11. World of Warcraft
  12. Eve Online
  13. Portal 2
  14. Braid
  15. The Company of Myself
  16. Planetscape: Torment
  17. Baldur's Gate II
  18. Dragon Age: Origins
  19. Knights of the Old Republic
  20. The Witcher
  21. Skyrim
  22. Dark Souls

Well Sims are always good

Have you ever played American McGee's Alice? There's also a newer sequel, called Alice: Madness returns. It's a dark, twisted gothic version of Alice in Wonderland and it's among the best games I've ever played :D

Well, I play nearly nothing but League of Legends, but I have to warn you you'll end up spending about 2 hours (if not more) per day on it on average. At least I did.

Battle for Wesnoth is very good. I spend WAAAY too much of my time playing League. I've heard very good things about the Company of Heroes games.

Which reminds me... https://www.humblebundle.com/

Lots of good PC titles in that. Ends in three days, so get it while you can.

I took me ages to open the thread and read what you've suggested (not a DM problem, it's just my internet -not working well-).

I've heard about Assassin's Creed before, I should give it a chance. Besides I found in a shop the first and the second part together and really cheap. I'm going to write down the other ones and I'll try to find information on internet this week. In fact, I'm going to put them in the first post.

Isn't Diablo a bit scary? Amnesia and Slender look scary too.

Diablo isn't scary. 3 is pricy though, and you can't download it because of a clever trick.

From what I've seen and hear Slender is very scary!

Depends, I'm more or less, fine, but I've never played, just watched people play

World of Warcraft.  Don't listen to the haters.  Play it.  Love it.  Live it.

Same as every other mmo out there. If you really like grinding levels repetitavely, go for it.

Nah, leveling is quick now.  And WoW was out before a lot of the "clones" now, such as Rift.

For a truly unique MMO experience, play Eve Online.  Immense, and amazing.

Ys eve onlien is incrdible - nevre playd it but sinc verbal says it is, mst be true

He lieks it particulrly becuse Kate Bekinsdale also plays it.

Braid went around my school this year some time, it seems to be a platformer similar in some ways to the company of myself (which is absolutely brilliant)

To appreciate Braid you will need to finish all the puzzles, including the hidden ones. Then you will unlock all the story pieces. When I completed it my mind was blown away by the story. It was truly brilliant.
