You're right, there's something for you on this forum, there's something for eeeeeeveryone. If you like discussing the series, theories for the next book and political debates and such, check out the General Discussion boards.

 

Make sure you check out the social groups! We're all very friendly and you'll make some great friends. And of course, if you're at all roleplaying, we're always looking for new writers.   :)

Yeah BB summed about everything, make sure you note the distinction between the two general boards.  The general wheel of time discussion is for wheel of time discussing, trying to find theories, etc.  The general discussion board is housing to serious discussions, mafia games (which are great), and plenty of spam.
