Does anyone else think the Ogier are going to be extreme badass's and save the day in the Last Battle?

No.  There just aren't enough of them to make a huge difference.  They will certainly do something, but I doubt that particular something will turn the tide of a battle.

Those Gardeners in the Seanchan ranks are SICK, though. Am I rite?!

I think the ogiers are going to play a much larger role in the restauration of the world. Even with the dark one gone, the world is now facing an imminent hunger catastrophy. The Ogier will use their singing to keep the world alive after the battle is done. That said of course the ogier will come to aid in the battle as well.

Ogier populations were decimated in Randland due in part to the Breaking but much more so to the Longing. Even 3000 years probably is not enough to recuperate.  However, there are probably many more Ogier in Seanchan because they never went through the Longing (stedding must either be more abundant there or they were moved less during the Breaking) and Seanchan is just a lot bigger.  That being said, it's not like they brought their whole population over on ships with the Corenne either.  

 

All that being said, I agree that the Ogier involved in the Great stump probably only number 20000-30000 and won't do much by themselves to turn the tides.

 

Never thought of it before, but I guess the male Aes Sedai that built the Ways were only helped by Randland Ogier, and were totally disconnected from Seanchan, as the Ways do not appear to connect to Seanchan.

Well, it's never been suggested that the Ways can connect to Seanchan or not. Besides, using the Ways to travel between Seanchan and the other side of the Aryth Ocean would be far more dangerous and take two to three times as long as travelling from one end of Randland to the other via the Ways.

I think you guys are onto something.

 

Who would be the best suited ones to take out the Black Wind? The Ogier.
