Where to restart?

Featured Replies

I started reading the books over this past summer and I finished the first three books. I stopped reading because of just things getting in the way and now with the series being over, I want to pick it back up. Should I restart? I somewhat remember but not that well the first three books. Also! For Christmas, my wife picked up "A New Spring" for me, should I read that first or restart with the Eye of the World?

THANKS!

New Spring is best appreciated if read in publication order, which would be after you read Book Ten. Starting with Eye of the World is the way to go.

I liked New Spring after the Dragon Reborn.

This story is so huge with new charaters and old you have to start at the beginning to really appreciate the whole story..and to read new spring first read the WoT..you will enjoy new spring once you get educated from Wot

Welcome to dm :) Yah I also suggest starting from the beginning again. I read New Spring after the third or fourth book but I wouldn't suggest starting with it.
