Toun - and other character look-alikes?

So for the longest time in my minds eye i always picture to look like Lamika from Vampire Hunter D

I know, she is described differently in the books. but there you go its what i think.

also Eddie Redmayne (from Pillars of the Earth) can match Rand Al'Thor.
